1153.05 DESIGNATION AND/OR EXPANSION OF OVERLAY DISTRICT.
   (a)   Minimum Request. A minimum of five (5) acres is required to establish or to expand a new or an existing overlay district.
   (b)   Land Use Plan. Expansions shall occur in conformance with the Findlay Land Use Plan. (Ord. 2023-115. Passed 12-19-23.)
