   (a)   Front Yard Setback. Twenty-five feet (25’).
   (b)   Side Yard Setback. Ten feet (10’).
   (c)   Street Side Yard Setback. Fifteen feet (15’).
   (d)   Rear Yard Setback. Twenty feet (20’).
