1133.01 INTENT.

The C-1 Local Commercial District is established to provide for the development of commercial and frequently used businesses associated with the shopping, service and family needs of adjacent or local residential areas. The C-1 Local Commercial Zoning District is intended to provide for the establishment of smaller shops or stores serving a localized area rather than larger

businesses serving regional areas.
