1127.08 MINIMUM BUILDING SEPARATION

   (a)   Single Family Detached Condominium. Ten feet (10’).

   (b)   Two- or Three-Unit Condominium Building. Fifteen feet (15’).

   (c)   Four Unit Condominium Building. Twenty feet (20’).

   (d)   Differing Sized Condominiums. In the case of adjacent but differing size condominiums, the project will be held to the more stringent separation (meaning the greater distance). (Ord. 2023-115. Passed 12-19-23.)
