1127.04 REQUIRED BUILDING SETBACKS.
   (a)   Front Yard Setback.
      (1)   Major and secondary thoroughfares: Forty feet (40’).
      (2)   All other streets: Twenty-five feet (25’).
   (b)   Side Yard Setback. Fifteen feet (15’).
   (c)   Rear Yard Setback. Thirty feet (30’).
