145.02 MEMBERSHIP; TERMS.
   The Park and Recreation Board shall be composed of the following members:
   (a)   Three members shall be appointed by the Mayor whose terms shall be for a period of three (3) years with the exception of the original appointments whose terms shall be determined so that the terms of these three (3) individuals will be staggered.
   (b)   Two members shall be appointed by the Board of Education, both of whom shall be members of the School Board, a representative of the School Administration, or an employee of the schools so appointed by the School Board. One member shall be appointed on a yearly basis by the School Board. The second member to be appointed by the School board shall serve for a three-year term.
   (c)   Two Councilman shall be appointed by Council.
   (d)   The Director of Public Service-Safety shall serve as chairman of the Park and Recreation Board and shall provide clerical services through the Director's office.
   (e)   The Director of the Hancock Park District.
   (f)   The City Engineer.
   (g)   The Director of the Hancock Regional Planning Commission.
