1122.05 LOT REQUIREMENTS.

   (a)   Minimum. No lot size shall be less than 7,500 square feet.

   (b)   Minimum. Minimum required lot frontage is fifty feet (50’).

   (c)   Maximum Percent of Lot Coverage.

      (1)   Maximum. No lot shall exceed thirty three percent (33%) in coverage for all roofed structures.

      (2)   Exceptions. One accessory building containing fifty square feet (50 sq. ft.) or less per site. Such buildings are not permitted in any front yard.
