137.02 QUALIFICATIONS.

The person appointed under Section 137.01 shall furnish evidence that he/she has graduated from a fully-accredited engineering school with a degree in civil engineering. He/she shall also present a certificate of registration issued by the Ohio State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors.
