135.03 TRAINING REGULATIONS.

   The Chief of the Fire Department, is authorized and directed to formulate and put into practice such regulations governing the training, drill and activities of the employees of the Fire Department as are approved by the Director of Public Service-Safety, and as will ensure the establishment and maintenance of a well-organized and efficient fire fighting and inspection force at all times.
