131.01 AUTHORITY TO REGULATE CITY-OWNED LANDS.

(a) A penalty is established and provided for the violation of any rule or regulation promulgated and published by the Director of Public Service concerning the use of all City-owned lands. Whoever violates any provision of the rules and regulations as promulgated and published by the Director of Public Service of the City, concerning the use of all City-owned lands shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days or both.

(b) The City Police Department shall have jurisdiction over all City-owned lands and shall possess the same powers it does within the territorial limits of the City, as provided by Ohio R.C. 715.50.
