107.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

   There is hereby established a Self-Insurance Fund hereinafter called the Fund, for the purpose of providing a mechanism for the handling, processing and paying of general and public officals' liability claims, hereinafter called claims, arising against the City, which are covered by the City's Self-Insurance Plan, hereinafter called Plan, on and after July 21,1987.
