939.03.15 WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE.

"Wireless Communications Service" means any FCC-licensed or authorized wireless communication service including, without limitation, any personal wireless services, as defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332(c)(7)(D).
