939.03.6 DESIGN STANDARDS.

"Design Standards" means those standards established in section 939.08 of this chapter, approved by the city planning commission and adopted by city council, for the design, construction, and installation of wireless communications facilities in the right of way, which are supplemented by Design Guidelines, and which are effective insofar as they do not conflict with state or federal law, including without limitation any applicable FCC rules and regulations.
