937.13 AS-BUILT SURVEY.

A survey shown on a plan or drawing prepared by a Registered Surveyor indicating the actual dimensions, elevations, and locations of any structures, underground utilities, swales, detention facilities, Water Resource Crossing and final grading, especially as related to work in the Flood Hazard Zone shall be submitted after construction has been completed. This survey shall be on record with the Engineering Department before Bonds are released.
