1141.04 REQUIRED BUILDING SETBACKS.

   A.   FRONT YARD SETBACK. Fifty feet (50')

   B.   SIDE YARD SETBACK.

      1.   Thirty feet (30')

      2.   If adjacent to an area that is zoned or used for residential, the setback shall be seventy- five feet (75').

   C.   REAR YARD SETBACK.

      1.   Thirty feet (30')

      2.   If adjacent to an area that is zoned or used for residential, the setback shall be seventy- five feet (75').
