1126.05 REQUIRED BUILDING SETBACKS.
     A.   FRONT YARD SETBACK.
      Major & secondary thoroughfares: forty feet (40')
      All other streets: twenty-five feet (25')
   B.   SIDE YARD SETBACK. Twenty-five feet (25')
   C.   REAR YARD SETBACK. Thirty feet (30' minimum. Buildings with heights between 35' and 50' require equivalent rear yard setbacks.
