1125.05 REQUIRED BUILDING SETBACKS.
     A.   FRONT YARD SETBACK.
      1.   Major & secondary thoroughfares: Forty feet (40')
   B.   ALL OTHER STREETS: Twenty-five (25')
   C.   SIDE YARD SETBACK. Twenty-five feet (25')
   D.   REAR YARD SETBACK. Thirty feet (30') minimum. Buildings with heights between 30' and 50' require equivalent rear yard setbacks.
