1122.06 LOT REQUIREMENTS.

   A.   MINIMUM: No lot size shall be less than 7,500 square feet.

   B.   MINIMUM: Minimum required lot frontage is fifty feet (50')

   C.   MAXIMUM PERCENT OF LOT COVERAGE:

      1.   Maximum. No lot shall exceed 33% in coverage for all roofed structures

      2.   Exceptions: One accessory building containing fifty (50) square feet or less per site. Such buildings are not permitted in any front yard.
