1121.06 LOT REQUIREMENTS.

   A.   MINIMUM REQUIRED LOT SIZE. 10,000 square feet

     B.   MINIMUM REQUIRED LOT FRONTAGE. Sixty-five feet (65')

   C.   MAXIMUM PERCENT OF LOT COVERAGE.

      1.   Maximum. No lot shall exceed 33% in coverage for all roofed structures.

      2.   Exceptions: One accessory building containing fifty (50) square feet or less per site. Such buildings are not permitted in any front yard.
