957.05 FEES.

   There is hereby established an annual license fee of twenty five thousand ($25,000) dollars per application. This fee can be paid in quarterly installments of $6250.00. Payment is to be received by the mayor’s office no later than the fifth day of the month that begins a quarter. Any license approved during a calendar year will be prorated on a monthly basis.
