777.99 PENALTY.
(a) Whoever is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of time, place, manner, false or misleading solicitation, or causing a minor to panhandle as mentioned above, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(b) Whoever is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of registration for panhandling shall, upon the first offense, be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(c) Whoever is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of registration for panhandling within twelve (12) months subsequent to having been convicted of, or having pled guilty to, a previous violation of registration for panhandling shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
