959.04 NO DOGS ALLOWED; EXEMPTION.

(a) No dogs shall be allowed within the limits of Maple Grove Cemetery and any person being the owner or having charge of a dog and permitting said dog to run at large or having said dog leashed on the premises of the Maple Grove Cemetery shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor as set forth in Section 959.99 herein.

(b) A person using a helper dog pursuant to ADA standards will be exempt from the prohibition set forth in subparagraph (a) above.
