149.02 CREATION; MEMBERSHIP.
   (a)   An Airport Advisory Board is hereby created and such Board shall function as hereinafter delineated.
   (b)   Membership.
      (1)   There shall be nine voting members of such Board to be elected or appointed as follows:
         A.   Two shall be elected by the owners of Jet and/or Turbo Prop Aircraft based at Findlay Airport.
         B.   One shall be elected by owners of other aircraft based at the Findlay Airport.
         C.   One Council member to be appointed by Council.
         D.   One member to be either a County Commissioner or the Hancock County Engineer to be appointed by the Hancock County Commissioners.
         E.   The Director of Public Service of the City.
         F.   One member of the Community Development Foundation Board to be appointed by Community Development Foundation Board.
         G.   Two members to be appointed by the Mayor.
      (2)   Ex-officio members:
         A.   The Airport Supervisor who shall also serve as Airport Manager for FAA reporting purposes and Secretary/Treasurer of the Airport Advisory Board.
         B.   Hancock County Regional Planning Director.
         C.   The Hancock County Engineer if not already appointed by the Commissioners as a voting member.
      (3)   The term of office for the Board members, other than elected officials, shall be three years except the initial term of Board members representing aircraft owners will serve staggered one, two and three-year terms and the Community Development Foundation member will serve a two-year term.
   (4)   The voting members of such Board at its organizational meeting shall elect a president and vice president and the president may, from time to time, appoint committees to advise the Board.
