1365.02 DEFINITIONS.

   For purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively.

   (a)   "Family pool" means a swimming pool used or intended to be used solely by the owner, operator or lessee thereof and his family, and by friends invited to use it without payment of any fee.

   (b)   "Swimming pool" means a body of water of artificial construction used for swimming or recreational bathing which is over twenty-four inches in depth at any point, and has more than 150 square feet of area on the water surface when filled to capacity, together with the sides and bottom of such pool and the equipment and appurtenances thereof.
