1363.02 CERTAIN ELECTRIC CURRENTS PROHIBITED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall construct, operate or maintain within the limits of the Municipality any system of circuits used by such person, firm or corporation for carrying electric currents, which system at any one time conveys from any one point to any other point more than one kilowatt of electric power, unless such current-carrying electric circuits are so constructed, operated and maintained as to fulfill the requirements hereinafter set forth. Each day's operation of a system carrying electric circuits contrary to the provisions of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
