961.10 GENERAL GARBAGE COLLECTION; CONCESSIONS TO REMOVE OWN.

   During the park season the City will be responsible for the daily pickup of all garbage and rubbish accumulated in the park, with the exception of that which is produced by concessionaires. Garbage and rubbish produced by each concessionaire must be removed from the park daily at his expense. The method of removal shall be subject to the approval in writing of the Park Manager.
