961.04 FREE ENTERTAINMENT.

All free entertainment shall be controlled by the Service-Safety Director and shall be held in the band shell or adjacent thereto at the south end of the park, or at such other location as deemed necessary by the Service-Safety Director. (1979 Code 96.04)
