961.03 NO VEHICLES IN RESTRICTED AREA WITHOUT PERMISSION.

No trucks or passenger cars will be permitted in the park inside the restricted area used for park purposes. Anyone desiring to haul material into or from the park or wishing to drive in the restricted area shall receive special permission from the Park Manager during the park season or from the Service-Safety Director at other times of the year. (1979 Code 96.03)
