961.01 DATES OF OPERATION; OPENING AND CLOSING.

The park season shall be considered as starting on Decoration Day and ending with Labor Day. A concessionaire will be permitted in the park for preparation of the park season 30 days before opening date, and 30 days will be allowed after closing date for cleaning and removing equipment. (1979 Code 96.01)
