959.03 NO DRIVING OR ENTERING CEMETERY.

(a) No person shall operate any vehicle within the limits of Maple Grove Cemetery unless such person or a passenger in such vehicle is within the Cemetery for the purpose of visiting graves, attending a funeral or operating a vehicle licensed under the provisions of Section 959.01. The provisions of this section shall not apply to employees of the Cemetery or other persons visiting the Cemetery for a legitimate business purpose.

(b) All persons entering Maple Grove Cemetery, except as provided in Section 959.01 or subsection (a) hereof, are declared to be trespassers.
