955.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 955.01 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, providing the offender has not previously been convicted of a violation of that section. If the offender has previously been convicted of any violation under Section 955.01, the subsequent violation shall be a misdemeanor of the second degree.
