953.08 HAULING REGULATIONS.
   (a)   All vehicles used for the collection and transportation of waste unless all waste is kept in watertight covered containers, shall have closed bodies or suitable provisions for covering the body of the vehicle. All vehicles shall be leakproof, of easily cleanable construction, shall be cleaned at sufficient frequency to prevent odor, nuisance or insect breeding, and shall be maintained in good repair.
   (b)   Any person making application for a license to collect waste shall present his equipment for inspection by the Health Department. Safety inspection shall be made by the Police Department. (1979 Code 94.53)
   (c)   All vehicles used for the collection and transportation of waste shall be completely emptied of all waste at the end of each business day before they are placed in storage that evening except for those vehicles that are certified to be watertight. For watertight vehicles stored in a business or industrial zoned district, storage shall not exceed seventy-two hours.

   (d)   All vehicles used for the collection and transportation of waste within the corporate limits of the City shall be limited to the hours of six o’clock a.m. to nine o’clock p.m. in all residentially zoned districts and all other zoning districts that abut said residentially zoned districts.
