953.03 REGULATIONS FOR DISPOSAL.

The disposal or other disposition of waste collected shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the City Board of Health, as changing circumstances may make necessary or convenient, and to a place provided or permitted by the City. At no time shall such disposition be by feeding garbage to swine or other animals within or without the corporate limits of the City, as the Board of Health may by resolution designate.
