933.08 EXTENSION OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS.

The Director of Public Service, on authorization by Council, may permit the installation of water lines beyond the corporate limits and allow the same to be connected to existing or new water lines within the corporate limits, provided the water lines meet the specifications adopted as standard by the City, and plans and specifications approved by the Service Director.
