933.04 MAIN STREET CONNECTIONS; LINES IN ALLEYS.

Wherever the water lines connecting properties on Main Street with the water mains in such street between Lincoln Street and Center Street are either broken or removed by order of the City, the owners of the property whose water lines are either broken or so ordered to be removed shall thereupon connect their respective properties with the water lines in the alley back of such properties.
