933.01 WATER LINE EXTENSIONS WITHIN CORPORATE LIMITS.

(a) The Service-Safety Director shall permit the installation of water lines to serve a new real estate subdivision within the corporate limits, and the same shall be connected to the proper water lines unless this will result in overloading existing lines, in which case permission for connecting to an existing water line may be denied until such time as the necessary corrective measures are provided.

(b) All new water lines and appurtenances shall meet the specifications adopted as standard by the City for the construction and installation of the same, and any plans or specifications approved by the Service-Safety Director.
