931.04 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FUND.

The funds received from the collection of the charges authorized by this chapter shall be deposited with the City Treasury and shall be accounted for and be known as the Stormwater Management Fund and when appropriate by City Council, shall be available for the payment of the cost of operation, maintenance, capital and administration of the Stormwater Management Program.
