929.15 UNAUTHORIZED CONNECTIONS OR OPENINGS.

No connection with or opening into any sewer constructed by order of the City shall be made except as herein provided. There shall incur a further penalty for each day that the forbidden connection continues, after notice from the City Engineer to remove the same.
