929.14 UNAUTHORIZED PRIVATE DRAINS.
No person shall fail to remove any private drain connecting with any public sewer in the City which is constructed contrary to the provisions of this chapter within ten days after being notified by the City Engineer that the same is unlawfully made, and there shall incur a further penalty for each day thereafter that the forbidden connection continues.
