929.08 PLAT APPROVAL BEFORE EXTENSION IN NEW SUBDIVISIONS.

Sewer extensions into new real estate subdivisions shall not be permitted until the plat of such subdivision is approved by the Planning Commission of the City and the acceptance of such subdivision by Council.
