925.21 EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND.

Within the Water Pollution Control Fund a separate account shall be established into which moneys for equipment replacement shall be deposited. This Equipment Replacement Fund shall receive an annual deposit in an amount specified by the City Engineer as necessary to meet the present worth of future equipment replacement needs.
