925.20 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENT FUND.

The funds received from the waste water treatment capacity charge shall be deposited in an account known as the Waste Water Treatment Plant Improvement Fund. This fund shall only be used for the enlargement or renewal of the Findlay Waste Water Treatment Plant and appurtenances directly related thereto or debt service related to said enlargement or renewal.
