925.19.1 IMPACT FEE CHARGES.

   (a)   Northwest Corridor Sanitary Sewer. In order to partially pay for the investment made by the City for the construction and implementation of the Northwest Corridor Sanitary Sewer to serve additional users of the wastewater system, all connections made to said Northwest Corridor Sanitary Sewer shall pay the following charges per sewer connection based on a 6,000 gallon per month flow rate (ERU):

      (1)   Impact Fee Charges (Per ERU):

 

Allen      Liberty      City $ 284.00   $ 108.00   $ 270.00

      (2)   The funds received from these impact fees shall be deposited in an account known as the Northwest Corridor Sanitary Sewer Impact Fee Fund which fund shall only be used for the enlargement or renewal of the Findlay Wastewater Sewer System or for debt service related to said sewer system.

   (b)   Southwest Interceptor Sanitary Sewer. In order to partially pay for the investment made by the City for the construction and implementation of the Southwest Interceptor Sanitary Sewer to serve additional users of the wastewater system, all connections made to said Southwest Interceptor Sanitary Sewer shall pay the following charge per sewer connection based on a 6,000 gallon per month flow rate:

      (1)   Impact Fee Charges (Per ERU)   $522.00

      (2)   The funds received from these impact fees shall be deposited in an account known as the Southwest Interceptor Sanitary Sewer Impact Fee Fund which fund shall only be used for the enlargement or renewal of the Findlay Wastewater Sewer System or for debt service related to said sewer system.

   (c)   Southeast Interceptor Sanitary Sewer. In order to partially pay for the investment made by the City for the construction and implementation of the Southeast Interceptor Sanitary Sewer to serve additional users of the wastewater system, all connections made to said Southeast Interceptor Sanitary Sewer shall pay the following charge per sewer connection based on a 6,000 gallon per month flow rate:

      (1)   Impact Fee Charges (Per ERU)   $794.00

      (2)   The funds received from these impact fees shall be deposited in an account known as the Southeast Interceptor Sanitary Sewer Impact Fee Fund which fund shall only be used for the enlargement or renewal of the Findlay Wastewater Sewer System or for debt service related to said sewer system.

   (d)   Saratoga Interceptor Sanitary Sewer. In order to partially pay for the investment made by the City for the construction and implementation of the Saratoga Interceptor Sanitary Sewer to serve additional users of the wastewater system, all connections made to said Saratoga Interceptor Sanitary Sewer shall pay the following charge per sewer connection based on a 6,000 gallon per month flow rate:

      (1)   Impact Fee Charges (Per ERU)   $653.00

      (2)   The funds received from these impact fees shall be deposited in an account known as the Saratoga Interceptor Sanitary Sewer Impact Fee Fund which fund shall only be used for the enlargement or renewal of the Findlay Wastewater Sewer System or for debt service related to said sewer system.

   (e)   Other Sanitary Sewers.

      (1)   There shall be imposed an impact fee of $270.00 per ERU on all other City owned/controlled sanitary sewers other than the Northwest Corridor, Southwest Interceptor, Southeast Interceptor, and Saratoga Interceptor Sanitary Sewers.

      (2)   The funds received from these impact fees shall be deposited in an account known as the Northwest Corridor Sanitary Sewer Impact Fee Fund which fund shall only be used for the enlargement or renewal of the Findlay Wastewater Sewer System or for debt service related to said sewer system.
