925.19 WASTEWATER TREATMENT CAPACITY CHARGE.

   In order to partially pay for the ultimate investment required by the City for wastewater treatment facilities to serve additional users of the wastewater system, all connections made to the POTW shall pay the following charge per sewer connection:

   (a)   For residential service: two hundred forty-two dollars ($242.00) per equivalent residential unit.

   (b)   For non-residential service: Two hundred forty-two dollars ($242.00) per 6,000 gallons per month flow based upon estimated flow guides provided by OEPA or estimated documented flows provided by the applicant.

   (c)   The capacity charge shall be paid in full at the time the connection permit is issued.
