925.18 WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FUND.

The funds received from the collection of the charges or rentals authorized by this chapter and all other receipts resulting from the operation of the POTW shall be deposited with the City Treasury and shall be accounted for and be known as the Water Pollution Control Fund and when appropriated by Council, shall be available for the payment of the cost of operation and maintenance of the POTW and any surplus in such fund shall be used for the payment of the principal and interest on bonds and notes issued and outstanding with which to pay the City's portion of the cost of the construction of the POTW and for the enlargement or replacement of the POTW.
