907.01 INSPECTION AND NOTICE.
   The Service-Safety Director or his designee shall inspect all sidewalks of the City and shall notify in writing the owner or agent of the owner of the property abutting the sidewalk to repair or replace the same within ninety (90) days after the service of such notice. On failure of such owner to repair or replace such sidewalk, the Service-Safety Director shall report to Council such information as Council may require for further action. The Director shall, in addition to the above, order sidewalks to be repaired or replaced when it is deemed necessary for public safety and welfare.
