905.06 NOTIFICATION.
   Notification shall be as follows:
   (a)   Council will enact a resolution of necessity pursuant to Ohio R.C. 729.02 calling for the installation of sidewalks in the areas designated by the City Engineer pursuant to the Street Designation Committee and notification to the affected property owners will be handled in compliance with Ohio R.C. 729.03.
   (b)    The notification shall require the property owner to install sidewalks at his own expense in accordance with standards established by the City Engineer within one year from date of notification. This notification will include procedures to request a variance and the conditions under which a variance may be granted.
   (c)   If notification of repair or replacement of existing sidewalks is given to the property owner, the cost of the repair or replacement of said sidewalk will be at the property owner's expense which is in accordance with other existing City ordinances.
