903.08 USE OF REVENUE FROM PERMITS.

The sum or sums of money so collected and deposited under the requirements of Section 903.02 shall be paid into the City Treasury by the Service-Safety Director and deposited to the credit of a special and separate fund to be used and disbursed solely for the purpose of paying for the repairing and replacing of pavement broken into or disturbed for any of the purposes mentioned herein.
