761.12 LICENSEE TO PAY EXPENSES OF PHOTOGRAPHS.

The photograph and the card or device on which the number of the license is carried in the vehicle and the expense of painting the numbers on the vehicle shall be furnished or paid for by the licensee, and is not included in the fee charged for the license.
