761.11 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

The Mayor is authorized and empowered to revoke the license of any person, partnership or corporation issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, whenever such person, partnership or corporation, or any agent or employee thereof, has been convicted or has pleaded guilty to the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, or any of the other provisions of this Code, or when by reason of incompetency, negligence or gross misconduct, the Mayor is of the opinion that in the interest of the public the same should be revoked.
